Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another with tracking once it ships.

Because items ship from our international suppliers, delivery times vary by product and destination. Typical estimates to the UAE are 7–20 business days for standard shipping; items stocked in regional warehouses arrive faster.

Estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by customs, peak periods, and carrier delays.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your cart and destination. Any free-shipping thresholds are shown in your cart.

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also find it on your order page under your account.

For some international shipments, import duties or taxes may apply on delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
