By accessing or buying from Tajer China, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

We try to display products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. All prices are in AED and include 5% VAT where applicable. We may correct errors and update prices at any time before your order is accepted.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred). If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

Delivery times vary by product and origin. See our Shipping Policy for estimated timeframes. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse the store or infringe our rights. All store content, branding, and design are owned by Tajer China or our licensors.

The store is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
